8 week Mind Body Transformation:
We start with a questionnaire to asses where you’re at, then we’ll schedule a call that will be around 45 mins.
We’ll have 45 min calls weekly to check in and see what’s going well and things that need to be focused on. You’ll have access to my EatLove nutrition program for the full 8 weeks as well.
There are amazing recipes and meal plans, you can really customize it to your needs.
We’ll go over different categories each week and cater to the areas you want to work on most and things you struggle with.
We’ll spend a little more focus on the parts in your life that could use more balance too.
